Grateful to have served on the 2022 Brain Bowl Committee!

It was an honor to serve with the 2021-2022 Brain Bowl committee to raise funds for such an important cause — to raise awareness, promote understanding and support to those living in our community and their loved ones coping with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, the 100 types of dementia or a related neurocognitive disorder. In Palm Beach County, it estimated that 1 in 3 individuals over age 65 is impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

I am especially grateful to have worked with Pamela Higher-Polani, the Brain Bowl founder and president and an attorney at law, as well as the 2022 chair Kim Champion. 

The 8^th Annual Brain Bowl Luncheon was held on April 1 at Boca West Country Club. Our theme was “No April Foolin’ Around, We are the Best Luncheon in Town.” We shared inspiring and heartwarming stories, and local celebrity models participated in a fashion show to honor family caregivers in our community.
