7-Day Detox Scrub

2)    Application: massage the scrub onto your skin, focusing on rough areas and zones prone to adhesions or cellulite, such as inner/outer thighs, hips, back of arms and stomach/flank area.
3)    Direction of Movement: Always scrub towards the heart. This technique not only aids in exfoliation but also supports circulation and lymphatic drainage.
4)     Post-Scrub Care: After thorough exfoliation, rinse off the scrub with warm water. It’s important to let your skin breathe post-application, so avoid immediately applying lotions or creams. A cool or cold rinse would be highly beneficial to end shower.
5)    Frequency of Use: For a complete detox experience, use the Himalayan Salt Scrub daily for 7 consecutive days to reveal glowing skin.
