Directions:
- Use paddle to massage against dry skin, working towards the heart to exfoliate.
- Use paddle with a pulling or dragging motion on skin to reduce adhesions on the connective tissue.
- For best results, use in a clockwise motion over stomach area and use more lightly on the delicate skin of the neck, face or chest.
- Do not get Cellulite/Body Scrubber wet.
- May be used with any good quality oil.
