Use salt massage stones for deep relaxation and a soothing stone massage experience. Their natural salt surface is designed for professional spa use and may help create a calming treatment that supports relaxation, comfort, and a sense of renewed balance.
Himalayan salt stones can be used in a variety of ways:
- wet as a deodorant or after showering to replenish mineral deficiencies,
- frozen to give a cooling sensation,
- heated and applied to any area of the body for a nice warming sensation.
Stones may also be used with a small amount of coconut oil or added to the tub to balance the body's energy flow during a detox bath.
When the stones are exposed to moisture, they will reduce down or get rough depending on how much moisture or water. When they get rough, sand them with sandpaper to smooth. If using them with water for a salt scrub or lymphatic drainage, they will need to be replaced from time to time.
