As a deodorant, wet the stone and apply thoroughly to desired areas. Dry the stone when finished.
After a shower, wet the stone (you may use a massage oil, such as coconut oil) and glide it over skin for natural exfoliation. Re-wet the stone as needed, then allow skin to dry. Sand the stone periodically, as needed, to reduce roughness.
For cooling therapy, freeze the stone and apply to any areas of the body for a cooling sensation.
